Our interior designer will kick off with a discussion to best understand your needs and preferences, taking into account your home layout, chosen design, and budget.
Our interior designer will come up with a comprehensive proposal, refining the proposed design, layout, and overall quotation with you until it is satisfactory for both parties.
You will be required to sign off and deposit 15% of the total quoted cost, and our interior designer will also provide 3D renders, carpentry drawings, and selection of tiles.
Renovation work commences upon second payment comprising 40% of total costs. It includes hacking, tiling, electrical wiring and plumbing, painting, and installing false ceilings (if applicable).
After an additional 40% for the third payment, we will commence with carpentry and lights installation, installing glass and countertops, as well as general cleaning and touching up painting.
With the final payment of the last 5%, we officially hand over your completed home. Rectification works are to be done by clients following payment, after which our 2 years warranty will commence.
Our team will follow up with you to check up on the status of your new home and to review the quality of our handiwork, with the option to arrange for a photoshoot if desired.
